This is a project that one of our customers posted on facebook. She wrote: "I purchased this KitchenAid K45 mixer from the Hope House Thrift Shop a few weeks ago. After a paint job and a fresh can of food grade grease this is the final product. I absolutely love my 'new' mixer and I will continue to shop at my favorite thrift store in Norfolk :)" Thank you T.N.A.!

Killing time one morning and stopped in. This place is the best! I found a pair of $175 jeans for $3???!!! Definately will be back. Worth the drive to me! Employee was so kind and helpful too. You all rock and thx so much! xoxoxo
J. My sister was visiting from Maryland recently. She was hoping to find a reasonably priced small chandelier she could use in the hallway of her apartment. We had visited several Norfolk antique shops, to no avail. We were near exhaustion but decided to try one last place--the Hope House Thrift Store. I let her out while I drove around the block. When I returned she was still inside, so I knew something was up. I drove around the block twice more before she appeared with the perfect chandelier in tow. She was soooo excited! Hope House came through for us again.
